Technical assistance service for SMEs

SADC offers entrepreneurs from its territory a technical assistance service. Technical
assistance is targeted at entrepreneurs whose businesses are being created (starting-up or acquisitions), consolidating, re-organizing or expanding.

These interventions can be general, for example:
• Tips on starting
• Help to design business plan
• Search for possible solutions

They may also be more specific, for example:
• Assistance in the preparation of financial forecasts
• Assistance in finding funding or government assistance
• Analysis of financial condition and help in understanding financial statements
• Assistance in the development of the company

Training

In collaboration with our partners, including LDC, HRDC and Emploi-Québec, we allow our entrepreneurs to acquire the necessary training to manage their businesses by offering them to participate in some activities such as seminars, personalised training programs and conferences.
